The perfect seasonal cocktail syrup that combines Niagara peaches + fresh lavender and made using organic cane sugar to help you create the most lovely cocktails.

Try it in a Bees Knee's, Whisky Sour or with some fresh lemon juice and sparkling water.

*refrigerate after opening. Will keep for up to 3 months after opening. But we hope they won't last that long!

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces Dillon’s Rye Whisky
3/4 ounce Dillon’s Peach & Lavender Syrup
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Dillon’s Ginger Bitters
1 egg white
fresh or dried lavender, for garnish

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. Add the whisky, syrup, lemon juice, egg white and bitters to your shaker. Dry shake {no ice} for 30 seconds.
2. Add ice and wet shake for another 30 seconds, or until your arms can’t shake any longer.
3. Strain your cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with lavender.
4. Enjoy!
